Swatch Exploration-2 ( Visual/ Material)

At first doodling and explorations seemed difficult but after doing one exploration..


More ideas came to me, then I thought of doing something on CHINOISERIE, because I like the style very much, the Chinese motifs, the simple yet intricate work caught my attention.

I took a simple design from Chinoiserie and doodled it out.

Since chinoiserie is in blue and white colour, I started with it but then I thought of using colourful threads

I explored different material like different threads, inks, tissue paper, and  sun-board.
